If your deposit has been disapproved, you can request the amount refund according to the Deposits refund policy below:
- The timing for disapproved deposit refund to be completed, is up to 30 days;
- The refund request must be made from the e-mail registered at your MyCoinDeal account that had the deposit disapproved;
- The bank receipt of the refused deposit must be attached to the email;
- A fee of 5% of the amount to be refunded + R$9.60 (Nine reais and sixty cents) will be charged for the TED fee;
- The amount to be refunded will be sent to your bank account approved in the system. If you have more than one registered bank account, please confirm the bank details where the amount to be returned, should be sent.
